We stopped by Hertz on a Saturday to check out pathfinders and we met Steve Maria who sent us on a test drive when we returned he reviewed features and models with us. He gave us his card and we went to breakfast we were so impressed with the cars and Steve's pleasant helpful attitude. Informative, helpful, friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish. They could have been willing to "give" a little more on price or add-on concessions, and their referral to "new pricing policy" was unconvincing. Nevertheless, we bought the car, but would have felt a little happier with the deal with some even just token concession.

The salesman was very helpful and ask what type of a vehicle we were looking for. We told him we wanted to look at Subaru's. He showed us what they had their inventory on line. Then showed us an outback that we could test drive since they did not have any legacy's on the lot. When we decided that we wanted the Legacy, he wrote up a contract and said they would have it there the next day. we went down and drove it before we decided that was the car we wanted.
